When people are searching online for a business, they will look at reviews in Google etc to see if it's somewhere they should do business with, or one they should avoid.
They not only look at the overall star rating but will also look at individual reviews to see what people have said. In particular, people will filter to look at the bad reviews (1 or 2 stars) to see what complaints people have had.
Most businesses will have lots of good reviews and some bad reviews but it is the business's response to the reviews that can either boost their reputation in the mind of the potential customer who is looking at the review response - or send them running to one of your competitors!
Do you reply to all of the reviews that are left for your business in Google etc?
If not, then I can guarantee that you will be missing out on potential customers AND your Google Business Profile, reviews pages on directories like TripAdvisor, Angie List, Realtor, Zillow etc will be ranking lower than it should be!
New customers, clients or patient that are reading reviews is being influenced as much or more than the actual reviews before making a decision!
"Responding to Reviews isn't a nice to have...It's a must have for generating more revenue!
Only a 25% of businesses respond to reviews! 75% Do Not! Those 25% that do respond only reply to 20.8% of their reviews with value ( A Call To Action).
